Sunday, May 27: Pentecost or Whitsunday
In Acts 1:9-11, Jesus promises his apostles that the Holy Spirit will be sent to them.  Acts 2:1-31 describes fulfillment of that promise. Some call Pentecost the Birthday of the Church.  Many churchgoers will be wearing red to celebrate the day. Please join us on Pentecost, one of the most significant feast days of the liturgical year.

Thursday, June 7: Corpus Christi
Solemn High Mass at 6:30 pm. Please join us for this beautiful but not widely celebrated feast day.

Trip to Chrysalis Vineyards.   
Keep your June 9 schedule reserved if you can for our first fund-raising activity, a trip to Chrysalis Vineyards, located outside the village of Middleburg in the Virginia Piedmont. The bus will leave church at 9:00 am and return by 3:00 pm. For a flyer with details, see Ginny Bahan.

Vestry Meetings take place on the third Thursday of the month in the Lower Parish Hall. All are welcome to attend. Vestry meeting minutes are available here.
